Level 1 Progressive Pole Series
4 Week Program
In this 4 week series you will learn the basic pole dance technique, build strength and confidence. Build a common relationship between you and the pole with your classmates. Every class beings with a 20 minute warm up for strengthening and conditioning and ends with a 10 minute cool down.
Private Lessons
Private sessions consist of a 60 minute private lesson of your choice. We offer packages with 1, 6, 12, or 24 private sessions.
